We all deserve a pat on the back for getting through the past couple of years. This workshop will use humor and creativity to create scout-like merit badge awards to honor the small successes we all have achieved through the process of “Adulting”. Did you stay hydrated today? That is awesome! Did you make it to schedule breaks between clients? Ah-mazing. This light hearted workshop will encourage participants to practice small acts of  self compassion.

This workshop will be facilitated by Allison Rabin, LMHC ATR-BC, Supervising Art Therapist of The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio. In her clinical work, Allison helps clients identify their objectives for therapy and collaboratively designs art projects to address these objectives through metaphor.

PPC will provide a light meal with refreshments. We hope to see you at the Artful Life.
