I have been working in the mental health field since 1993 and received my MSW in 2008. I spent most of my career specializing in anxiety, depression, addictions and trauma in organizational settings (hospitals, foster care group homes, family stabilization teams, etc...).
I started doing Private Practice part-time in 2018 in downtown Boston and left my clinical director role in 2024 to pursue Private Practice full time. I look forward to connecting with other practitioners to learn from one another and to access in-person referrals for the Groveland area.

Treatment Approaches/Modalities

I was trained in the psychodynamic models and currently lean towards CBT and Mindfulness techniques. I always use a strength based, trauma informed and relational approach. For substance users, the harm reduction approach is implemented when I find a client is unable to practice an abstinence model of 12 steps.
