I am currently working with adults 18 and older, though I do have experience with children and adolescents, and I may open up some slots in the near future for those populations. Currently telehealth only.
I work with adults who are struggling to find balance and fulfillment in their relationships. They may be unable to experience emotions safely, or to experience their emotions fully. They may feel irritable, anxious, or sad. They may feel their emotional needs are going unmet, or that no one understands or cares for them. Sometimes, they may feel like their behavior does not match their core values, and they want to change that, or they might feel lost and empty, and like they don't know themselves. They might be engaging in self harm behaviors, like cutting, as a way to cope. They may also have a history of trauma.
