Kara believes everyone has the innate ability to improve their own well-being. She is passionate about guiding her clients through the process of identifying and utilizing the skills they need to navigate life’s challenges. She specializes in providing outpatient therapy to adolescents and adults who are committed to recovery from an eating disorder. She also works with individuals working through anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and difficulty managing stress and/or life transitions. Though the majority of her practice is focused on individual counseling, Kara concentrated on Marriage and Family Therapy while earning her Master’s degree. She works with couples seeking to improve their ability to communicate and resolve conflict.
