I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 17 years of experience in the mental health field. I have a genuine interest in helping clients feel better about themselves, their relationships and their overall outlook on life, in a safe and non-judgmental environment where curiosity and vulnerability are encouraged. I love working with adolescents and adults who would like to learn about themselves and work on finding a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I have experience in treating depression & other mood disorders, anxiety, eating disorders, body image issues, identity & self esteem issues, and life transitions. I am a Health at Every Size (HAES) provider. In addition to outpatient therapy, I have worked in various levels of care of eating disorder treatment, including Intensive Outpatient and residential; most recently as the Assistant Clinical Director for a residential eating disorder treatment center.
