Short Bio or Description of your Practice (Optional)
I offer an integrative approach to counseling, weaving a compassionate, creative, collaborative, intuitive, embodied, trauma-informed, and skill-based approach to the work. My view of holistic is one that considers the impact of systems on one's self, as well as the use of modalities that support an access to wholeness, and a lens of understanding the mind-body network in order to restore balance.
I bring over a decade of experience working with teens and adults as a bilingual clinician, healing arts therapist and yoga instructor. I draw from training in mindfulness, somatic psychology, yoga, energy healing, attachment theory, family systems, trauma, social justice work and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a holistic specialization.
