You are feeling stuck and are searching for clarity, healing, and personal growth. Life is a series of changes in roles, responsibilities and purpose with the goal of finding fulfillment, balance and joy. In our sessions you will have a safe, nonjudgmental space to strengthen your self-understanding, self-compassion and self-care.
My expertise is working with women, mothers and caregivers. I use a variety of approaches tailored to your individual needs including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Brainspotting, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Positive Psychology/Strengths-Based & Supportive therapy.
