Short Bio or Description of your Practice (Optional)
Are you finding the stresses of daily life difficult to manage? Are the responsibilities of work or family life weighing you down? Are you troubled about finding meaning in your life or by conflicting aspects of your identity? It is my privilege to help people work through their personal struggles, using a relational and existential psychodynamic approach. I believe that the relationship between a therapist and client provides an empowering, life-affirming space to work through life’s struggles and to bring about healing.
In a supportive therapeutic relationship, clients discern patterns in their lives that they had not seen before. This insight promotes meaningful change. As a therapist, I find profound satisfaction in actively working, side by side, with clients to effect meaningful change in their lives.
In over a decade in the field, I have worked with individuals, couples, and groups, focusing on relationships, depression, trauma, anxiety, anger, addiction, and thought disorders. I see adolescents and adults. I also enjoy working with other clinicians, in supervision.
