Short Bio or Description of your Practice (Optional)
I see individual clients 8th grade through adult for art therapy or psychotherapy. I work with evidence based practices including Mindfulness, CBT, Positive Psychology, and Integrative Nutrition for mental health to provide practical strategies to address symptoms and increase wellbeing and life satisfaction including habit formation, sleep hygiene, focus on healthy eating etc.
Availability as of 2-2024:
Tuesday in person and telehealth sessions before 3pm, Wednesday telehealth sessions before 3pm; Thursday in-person sessions through 2:30, and later afternoon telehealth. Monday and Friday as needed for make up sessions.
